1. Quotation & Pricing Validity: All commercial quotations, product prices, and estimates provided are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to applicable GST taxes (18%) and transport freight charges unless expressly stated as inclusive.
2. Warranty & Guarantee Terms: * Standard 12 Months warranty against manufacturing defects on structural skids, pressure vessels, and control panels from the date of commissioning. * Consumable items (RO membranes, filter cartridges, activated carbon, cation/anion resins) are warranted for material integrity at the time of delivery; operational lifespan depends on raw water quality and pre-treatment maintenance.
3. Payment & Delivery: * 50% advance along with confirmed purchase order; 50% balance before dispatch of equipment from our factory works. * Standard dispatch timeline is 5 to 14 working days depending on plant capacity and customization.
